Frequently asked questions
We offer classes to dancers age 1 and up. We have a class for EVERYONE!!
Generally, we recommend placing your child in class based on age. Our experienced staff are able to recommend class level based on in-class observation. If you need further guidance, please reach out to us.

QUEEN CREEK:
1. Register for class through Queen Creek Parks & Recreation (https://secure.rec1.com/AZ/queen-creek-az/catalog)
2. Create Account/Log In to Studio Pro Parent Portal (https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/index.php?account_id=27140)
3. Select desired QC class and complete registration.
LAS SENDAS:
1. Create Account/Log In to Studio Pro Parent Portal (https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/index.php?account_id=27140)
2. Select desired LS class and complete registration.
Queen Creek: No! Non-residents will have an additional fees & regulations for registration (per ToQC regulations), but you do not have to live within town boundaries to dance with us.
Las Sendas: Yes. All students must have a parent/guardian that resides in the Las Sendas Community OR must be a guest of a resident of Las Sendas to participate in our Las Sendas program.
Queen Creek: Do I Live in QC? (https://www.queencreekaz.gov/residents/do-i-live-in-qc)- Type your address into this map resource to see if your address falls within Town boundaries.
Note: Not all households with a 'Queen Creek' address actually fall within town boundaries. Addresses determined to be outside of town boundaries will be subject to a non-resident fee when registering for class.
Las Sendas: Check the Community Map (https://www.mylassendas.org/editor_upload/File/_Community%20Map_2023_02_13.pdf)to see if your address falls within one of the community enclaves.
Dancers should dress in comfortable activewear and appropriate footwear for the class style (ex. tap shoes for tap). Check out our Dress Code (8countdanceaz.com/dress-code)for more detailed guidelines per class style.
Dancers should bring a bag/backpack for shoes, jackets, etc. A water bottle is also strongly recommended. All bags, bottles, & dance shoes should be labeled with the dancer's name/initials to avoid any confusion.

We host two recitals annually: the Holiday Performance 'n Picnic in the winter & our Spring Recital.
Most of our classes will have the opportunity to perform in both our winter showcase & spring recital. Participation in any recital is optional and subject to an additional fee. Please see the CLASS RATES (8countdanceaz.com/class-rates)page for more information.
Non-performance classes include Acro Lvl 1 & Lvl 2
